New Resident Evil 3 Mod Turns Nemesis Into An Even Bigger And Angrier Hulking Monster
The Nemesis was already a terrifying foe. With nigh-immortality, inhuman strength, and in the Resident Evil 3 remake, a new ability to turn ordinary zombies into Ganados, Nemesis had cemented its place as one of gaming’s most feared enemies. But a new challenger approaches, and may very well usurp that title.
A new mod for Resident Evil 3 changes the look of Nemesis into an even more horrific creature. Even his name means “terror” in German. That’s right, you can now have your Nemesis look like Shrek. The angry, misanthropic ogre is a being of pure malice, and seeks to destroy Jill and all remnants of S.T.A.R.S. with laser focus. Shrek is almost impervious to bullets and uses a heavy rocket launcher as well as his own devastating punches to track you down throughout the course of Resident Evil 3.
Created by modder MrMarco1003, this overhaul of the look for Nemesis Stage 1 is like nothing you have ever seen in a game, except for similar horror tiles such as Shrek Super Slam and Shrek Smash n’ Crash Racing. They even got Mike Myers to do the voice of Shrek for this mod. That is a lie, he does not voice this mod. But even if he could, the silent and unflinching stare of Nemesis Shrek makes the mod that much more unsettling.
