Honey, I Joined a Cult Inviting Members For Next Year
Have you ever wanted to start your own cult? We all want to be the center of attention, but there’s just something special about having an entire religion centered around you. Well good news, now you can. Honey, I Joined a Cult is an upcoming cult management game, and now we know that you can get your hands on it early next year.
Taking place in the 1970’s, your goal is to, what else, run a cult. You’ll have to create a compound, preferably with good interior design, that will attract people to your budding religion. You also need some fashion, because what’s the point if you don’t have a cool symbol on your robe or weird hats that mean something? All of these demands will require money, so make sure you use your cult to get donations, and spend it on as much rad stuff as possible.
Above all else, though, you need a cult leader. The leader needs to have his ego kept in check, but you also need to indulge him a little. Sure you can’t have him lose it and turn the cult into something its not, but if he’s not having a good time then how is he going to convince others to join? And, more importantly, how is he going to convince others to hand over their money? That’s the important part. You have cult goals that need completing after all.
Honey, I Joined a Cult will be hitting Early Access early next year. You can toss the game on your Steam wishlist here.
