Chicago Screening of Creature From the Black Lagoon with Julie Adams Q&A to Follow

Now here’s something you don’t see every day. In fact, it’s a first! Julie Adams, star of Creature From the Black Lagoon, will be hosting a Q&A and autograph signing at a pair of 3D screenings of the film at the Patio Theater in Chicago on September 28.

Julie Adams, the star of Creature From the Black Lagoon, is coming to Chicago for her first ever Windy City appearance. Julie will be signing copies of her autobiography – The Lucky Southern Star, Reflections From The Black Lagoon – at the screenings.

Julie will be signing copies of her book (co-written with Mitchell Danton), The Lucky Southern Star, Reflections From The Black Lagoon, as well as pictures in the lobby before and after the screenings. Interviews will be conducted by noted film historian and author Foster Hirsch (The Dark Side of the Screen: Film Noir) and Mitchell Danton (Julie Adams’ biographer).
