“The Originals” Episode 1.03 – “Tangled Up In Blue” (airs 10/15/13, 8-9pm)
BETRAYAL AT THE MASQUERADE BALL — After discovering interesting news about someone in Marcel’s (Charles Michael Davis) inner circle, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) come together to attempt to unravel Marcel’s empire from within in spite of Elijah’s (Daniel Gillies) concerns. They enlist help from Sophie (Daniella Pineda), who is reluctant to get involved for fear of the wrath of Marcel’s secret weapon, Davina (Danielle Campbell).
Rebekah sneakily invites an oblivious Cami (Leah Pipes) to a huge vampire party thrown by Marcel, managing to anger Marcel in the process. Elsewhere, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) learns from the witch Sabine (guest star Shannon Kane) that the supernatural creatures of New Orleans are reacting to the potential existence of a hybrid baby.

“Supernatural” Episode 9.02 – “Devil May Care” (airs 10/15/13, 9-10pm)
ABADDON RISES — Dean (Jensen Ackles) shocks Sam (Jared Padalecki) by popping open the trunk of the Impala and showing him that he has kidnapped Crowley (Mark Sheppard). Kevin (guest star Osric Chau) freaks out when he sees the King of Hell, but Sam and Dean convince him that they need Crowley to find the demons on Earth.
Meanwhile, Abaddon (guest star Alaina Huffman) re-emerges and plans to take over Hell.
Guy Bee directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb.

“The Tomorrow People” Episode 1.02 – “In Too Deep” (airs 10/16/13, 9-10pm)
BREAKING OUT — When Ultra tries to probe Stephen’s (Robbie Amell) brain, he looks to his fellow Tomorrow People for help but is rebuffed by an angry John (Luke Mitchell), leaving Cara (Peyton List) to go behind John’s back to help Stephen.
Meanwhile, Ultra tracks down the identity of a new break-out, who has been using his powers to commit crimes. Stephen tracks down the new break-out but is shocked when an Ultra SWAT team is called in. At a loss for what to do, Stephen calls on John, Cara, and Russell (Aaron Yoo) for help, leaving them with a risk of also getting caught.
Upon learning of Ultra’s evil motives, John tries to convince Stephen to spy on Ultra to help save other potential Tomorrow People, while still pursuing the answers he seeks about this father.
Mark Pellegrino and Madeleine Mantock also star. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Phil Klemmer and Jeff Rake.

“The Vampire Diaries” Episode 5.03 – “Original Sin” (airs 10/17/13, 8-9pm)
SECRETS OF THE PAST — When Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Katherine (Nina Dobrev) have the same dream that Stefan (Paul Wesley) is in danger and desperately needs their help, they convince Damon (Ian Somerhalder) to help them find Stefan. However, their plans are thwarted by a mysterious young woman named Tessa (guest star Janina Gavankar), who seems to know everything about Stefan’s history. In flashbacks to a distant time and place, Tessa reveals the shocking secrets in her past and what she has planned for the future. She also has a disturbing message for Damon about his own future.
Silas (Paul Wesley) forces an unwilling accomplice to help him search for Katherine, leading to a confusing and life-threatening situation for Matt (Zach Roerig).
Finally, Silas reveals the reason he’s determined to find Katherine, and Damon and Elena face a disturbing new reality.
