Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus Launching Next Month

Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus will launch on August 15 on the Apple Store, Google Play Store, and Galaxy Store. A trailer accompanied the announcement on the TacticusGame YouTube channel.

The hex-based game will feature both PvE and PvP gameplay alongside stellar graphics and a lore-rich campaign set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Tacticus brings tactical gameplay in the palm of your hand, anytime and anyplace.

Draw soldiers from eight different factions and take part in planetwide campaigns, take on archenemies in PvP skirmishes, and work together with your guild to eliminate massive bosses. Pre-registration for Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus is open now on the official site and will include rewards at launch. Each of the eight factions at launch will have a narrative written by Matt Forbeck, and each parallel campaign will help to unlock more powerful squads and warriors. The live PvP will premiere with the game’s first event, which will occur a week after launch. With no waiting time, it’s a fast-paced game mode that brings players against each other in pitched strategic combat. The team has expressed plans for GvG (Guild versus Guild) wars down the line to create an even larger sense of scale.
