The Croaks Are No Hoax, ‘Frogman 2’ Is Hopping Our Way [Exclusive]
Ribba Ribba, the children of Frogman are pleased with the influx of love for Anthony Cousins’ found footage sensation named after the amphibious cryptid. With so much love for the Loveland Frogman, Rotting Press, the production and distribution company behind the original film, has announced Frogman 2 exclusively through Dread Central!
The first film follows a trio of childhood friends trying to find the truth about the Loveland Frogman, who is a real cryptid. But as they get deeper into their investigation, they realize that this hoax is anything but and that Frogman really does fuck.
With Frogman 2, Anthony Cousins and Rotting Press plan to expand the Frogman universe with other cryptids in the coming years. Frogman vs ??? The possibilities are endless. And, Rotting Press already has a cryptid showdown in the works that is sure to excite the horror and cryptid communities. You’ll just have to watch the teaser at the end of the announcement for a hint. The sequel, which will lens later this year, will be helmed by Anthony Cousins, written by Cousins and Frogman co-writer John Karsko, and produced by Cousins, Rebecca Daugherty, Mikey Bill Taylor, and Zac Locke. Peter Kuplowsky serves as executive producer.
