‘Art Of A Hit’ Exclusive Poster Reveal: Blood Drops On My Guitar

Art Of A Hit

Rock music and horror are a beautiful match made in hell. While we’ve left the Satanic Panic era of the 1980s, in some ways we’re entering a new age of Satanic Panic. Director Gaelan Draper leans into this with his second feature film Art Of A Hit.

Read the full synopsis below:

Ryan, the lead singer of a late-90s rock band is haunted by irrelevance and struggling to regain visibility a decade after the band’s prime. Charlie Dupont, an eccentric super-producer, invites the band to his 1000-year-old French chateau to record a comeback album. But as tensions rise and tempers flare, Ryan and his bandmates realize they’re up against more than just the pressure to succeed.

We’re excited to give you an exclusive first look at the film’s new poster, designed by Eileen Steinbach!

The design is sleek, simple, and evocative. Nothing beats red on black for a horror poster, and Art Of A Hit uses that to the utmost effect.

But wait, there’s more! We also have an exclusive look at the cast’s reactions as they see the poster for the first time.

Watch their incredible reactions now:

Draper directed the film from a script co-written with Charlie Saxton. Art Of A Hit was shot on-location in Dordogne, France, and features an original soundtrack with music by indie rock band Jets to Brazil.

Ryan Donowho (The O.C.), Charlie Saxton (HBO’s Hung), Tim Jo (This Is Us), Rob Raco (Riverdale), James Earl (Hulu’s White Men Can’t Jump), Allie MacDonald (What/If), and David Valdes (Last The Night) star in the film.
