NEWS
Former Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison says he did not quit the band. Read the statement here. Hopefully we get more information on the situation soon.
Down have completed recording their new EP, which is due out in the spring. Details are forthcoming.
MUSIC
Stream Backtrack‘s new album, Lost In Life, here. The killer hardcore record comes out January 14 via Bridge Nine Records.

Watch Metallica‘s full set from their December 8th performance in Antarctica here. The performance makes the band the first to perform concerts on all seven continents in under a year.
Suicide Silence have posted a documentary about their late vocalist, Mitch Lucker; watch it here. It will appear on the band’s upcoming live release, Ending Is The Beginning: The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show, due out February 18 via Century Media Records.

It’s being reported that Behemoth and Goatwhore will be on the 2014 Metal Alliance Tour. The full line-up will be revealed on January 13, so stay tuned.
