‘The Blue Diamond’ Exclusive: Barbara Crampton To Star In New Cult Horror
Horror icon Barbara Crampton is lending her talents to the upcoming alien horror short film The Blue Diamond! Directed by Sam Fox and written by Addison Heimann from a story by Fox, the new short is steeped in 1980s vibes, all set in a ski club.

After the death of her toxic mother, a cultish 80s Apres ski club is the setting of a grieving daughter trying to find closure, but as usual with 80s ski clubs, nothing is as it seems (aliens).
We also have an exclusive look at the film’s poster, which oozes that 1980s aesthetic:
Fox previously directed Fck’n Nuts, which had a successful festival run last year. She’s also directed Bad Acid and Unagi. Heimann previously wrote and directed Hypochondriac, which had its world premiere at the 2022 SXSW Film Festival.
Crampton stars in the film with Desiree Staples, Emily Ashby, Jadon Cal, and Ethan Daniel Corbett.
Geenah Krisht and Desiree Staples produced the film with Monique Charbonneau serving as executive producer.
