Tenants revolves around the character of Jonie (O’Neil), who after waking up in an unfamiliar apartment complex, finds herself in a desperate search for her sister while being hunted by a shadowy figure. As she makes her way through the building, unspeakable horrors befall the tenants around her.

The film, which features four tales of interwoven terror, was written and produced by Mary O’Neil. Segments are directed by Buz Wallick (Psycho Storm Chaser), Sean Mesler (Show Us Responding), Jonathan Lewis (Sinister Surgeon), and Blake Reigle (One of Us).
O’Neil also stars in Tenants with Christa Collins (American Boogeywoman), Douglas Vermeeren (Black Creek), Myles Cranford (Adam+Eve), Tara Erickson (American Satan), Clarke Wolfe (Malum), Fayna Sanchez (Creepshow), Kathryne Isabelle Easton (Valleyheart), and Rib Hills (Reminisce), with cinematography by Ryan Valdez.
