Watch: The ‘Terrifier 3’ Team Have a Brutal New Slasher Now Available on VOD!
Following on the heels of the box office success of Terrifier 3, another project from several of the same creatives is now available on VOD. I’m talking about Stream, a gore-filled horror picture about an unsuspecting family on vacation stalked by cold-blooded killers.
Terrifier franchise collaborators continue their mayhem.
Michael Leavy co-wrote, co-produced, and directed the film. Leavy should be familiar to Terrifier fans as the co-producer of Terrifier 2 and Terrifier 3. Not to mention, he makes cameo appearances in multiple series installments. But the Terrifier connections don’t stop there. Damien Leone, who directed all 3 Terrifier films produced Stream and handled the makeup effects! Oh, and did I mention that David Howard Thornton appears in the cast? That’s right, the man who brought Art the Clown to life in all 3 Terrifier films has a role in Stream!
This brutal slasher bowed briefly in select theaters over the summer. However, if you missed it during that window, fear not, you can check the flick out on VOD now.
Similar to the cult hit Terrifier, this picture began life as a crowdfunding campaign, raking in over $180,000 from supportive fans.
The cast is a veritable who’s who of the genre space. The roster includes Charles Edwin Powell, Jeffrey Combs, Danielle Harris, Dee Wallace, Tim Reid, Felissa Rose, Mark Holton, Tony Todd, Daniel Roebuck, Dave Sheridan, Terry Alexander, Damian Maffei, Bill Moseley and David Howard Thornton. Not to mention, Tim Curry also features!

When Roy and Elaine Keenan realize their family is drifting apart, they decide that something needs to be done. Roy forces his work to take a back seat and they seize the opportunity to recreate a vacation from their past. A peaceful stay in a quaint hotel is just what they need, however, that is not what is in store for them. With four deranged murderers patrolling the seemingly mundane halls, the odds are definitely not in the Keenan family’s favor. Roy must fight for his life and those of his family as their simple weekend getaway truly turns into a vacation to die for.
