‘The Beast Hand’ Exclusive Trailer Is Thirsty For Revenge
Fresh off its screening at the 2024 Sitges International Film Festival, The Beast Hand has gotten North American distribution from Cleopatra Entertainment! The latest from Japanese genre master Taichiro Natsume is a tale of strange, bloody revenge and is slated for release early next year!
In the film:
Osamu—a Japanese day laborer—is forced into a lifestyle of crime. Unfortunately, when he crosses the wrong gangsters, they punish him by Sword, amputating his left hand in the process. Osamu’s ex-girlfriend Koyuki takes him to an underground Doctor deep in the dark bowels of the city to attempt a transplant. But the new hand has a mind of its own, much to the dismay of the gangsters responsible as Osamu pursues his revenge.
Watch the official trailer exclusively on Dread Central:
Natsume previously directed low-budget genre titles such as Convex Attack!! Psychic Research Team Kachikomi (2017) and Love Shark (2023). The Beast Hand marks the tenth film from the director. Natsume directed and co-wrote the film and also served as a producer.
