New Photos Tease Upcoming ‘Return Of The Living Dead’ Announcement [Exclusive]
Something’s coming… The folks over at Living Dead Media have sent Dread Central a cryptic message containing a few photos and a message that there’s news about Return Of The Living Dead coming this Friday (which just so happens to be Friday the 13th). But what could that news be? We’ll just have to wait and see.
What we can share are the two photos they sent over, which both show a dark, snowy graveyard in the dead of night. But then, someone (or something) appears…
Check them out below:
It looks like the iconic Tarman, featured in the original Return of the Living Dead, is pulling a Christmas tree behind his steaming reanimated corpse. It seems Living Dead Media has delivered us a perfectly wrapped present underneath the tree, and now we have to wait until Friday to open it!
Thankfully there are only two more days until they unleash whatever news they have in store about Return of the Living Dead!
The original film, released in 1985 and directed by Dan O’Bannon, takes place after two employees at the Uneeda Medical Supply Warehouse accidentally unleash a toxic gas called Trioxin into the air. The gas causes the dead to rise again and the employees plus a group of punks must try and survive the night. The Tarman is just one of the undead, but he’s one of the most iconic as he yells for brains and his flesh sloughs off in thick, dark globs.
