Allow me to begin by stating the obvious: Quentin Tarantino hasn’t made a bad movie yet. In a decades-long career, the director has yet to produce a cinematic blunder. There is a clear frontrunner amongst his oeuvre, however. And that frontrunner is none other than Pulp Fiction. The anthology crime picture put Tarantino on the map, catapulting him to global stardom. Not surprisingly, the picture also tops Rotten Tomatoes’ exhaustive ranking of the auteur director’s output.

Pulp Fiction sits at a critical approval rating of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes. Natch, the flick is also ‘certified fresh’ by the platform. In case you’re curious, Reservoir Dogs comes in at #2 in the overall ranking of the director’s output. If you’d like to see where all of his films land according to the Tomatometer, you can see the entire list right here.

Pulp Fiction

The picture’s top-notch cast includes a veritable who’s who of Hollywood royalty. John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Tim Roth, Amanda Plummer, Harvey Keitel, Maria de Medeiros, Rosanna Arquette, Ving Rhames, Eric Stoltz, Christopher Walken, and Bruce Willis are just a few of the names that grace the talent roster.

In addition to helming, Tarantino conceived the idea for Pulp Fiction alongside his Video Archives Podcast cohost Roger Avary.

Pulp Fiction took home the prestigious Palme d’Or award at the Cannes Film Festival in 1994. From there, the flick went on to pull in over $200 million at the box office.

Where is Pulp Fiction available to watch?

If you’re itching to revisit Tarantino’s most critically acclaimed effort, you are in luck. As of the publication of this post, Pulp Fiction is available to stream for free (with ads) on Pluto.

The setup for this critically acclaimed Quentin Tarantino picture goes like this:

Vincent Vega (Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Jackson) are hitmen with a penchant for philosophical discussions. In this ultra-hip, multi-strand crime movie, their storyline is interwoven with those of their boss, gangster Marsellus Wallace (Rhames); his actress wife, Mia (Thurman); struggling boxer Butch Coolidge (Willis); master fixer Winston Wolfe (Keitel) and a nervous pair of armed robbers, Pumpkin (Roth) and Honey Bunny (Plummer).

That is everything we have for you for the time being. Stay tuned to the site in the near future for more life-enhancing updates regarding which films within your interest set are available to stream and where to find them.
