And that’s not all! We have a teaser trailer and poster to celebrate the occasion!

For now, the film’s synopsis simply reads, “There’s unfinished business in Loveland. Dallas, Amy, and Frogman are back to settle the score in FROGMAN RETURNS.

Now watch the official teaser, featuring a scaly hand and that iconic wand.

The sequel, which will lens in May 2025, will be directed by Anthony Cousins. He also co-wrote the script with Frogman co-writer John Karsko. Cousins, Zechariah Thormodsgaard, Mikey Bill Taylor, and Zac Locke will produce the film, and Peter Kuplowsky will serve as executive producer.

Frogman Returns is only the beginning as Anthony Cousins and Rotting Press plan to expand the Frogman universe with other cryptids in the coming years. In fact, Rotting Press already has a cryptid showdown in the works! Watch the end of the Frogman Returns for a hint of what that may be. Sound off on Twitter and let @rottingpress know who you want to see Frogman fight with #frogman so they can follow along.

In her review of the film, Dread Central’s Mary Beth McAndrews wrote,

Frogman is the cryptid found footage movie of my dreams. It’s not afraid to be silly and acknowledge how silly its premise is, while also crafting some gnarly body horror that’ll leave your jaw on the floor. Cousins proves found footage creature features are possible, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what he makes next.”

Frogman is now on Screambox, Found.tv, and all TVOD platforms. It’s also available on VHS from Lunchmeat VHS and Blu-ray from Terror Vision.
