Panic Fest Announces Its 2025 Lineup!

The 13th annual Panic Fest returns to Kansas City this month with over 130 features and short films playing at the festival. Panic Fest will once again be a hybrid festival allowing genre fans to enjoy programming in person and keep the party going online at home with our virtual programming.
Panic Fest co-founder Tim KC Canton says, “Genre is alive and well here at Panic Fest as we welcome a new class of films from around the world. We couldn’t be more excited to share these thrilling selections with our audiences!”
A wave of slasher films takes over the festival kicking off with a 30th anniversary screening of the totally weird-as-hell Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers presented by Paramount Scares followed by Neon’s Hell of a Summer! Other headliners include Lionsgate’s Freaky Tales, Magnolia’s 40 Acres, David Cronenberg’s The Shrouds, and the Crispin Glover-starring fantasy film, Mr. K!
“There is a major emphasis on bringing the fun back into horror this year at the festival. From a cat sitting gone wrong to a twisted grave robber looking for love and multiple takes on the summer camp slasher genre, the lineup is packed with quirky premises and a whole lot of WTF did you just watch,” said Adam Roberts, Festival Director.
Panic Fest runs in person from March 27 to April 2. The festival runs from March 27 to April 6 virtually. Get your tickets now.
