A Trailer Creeps Up From BeneathA new trailer has come our way for Ben Katai’s latest film, entitled Beneath; and we have it for you cold off the old slab, kids! Check it out, and look for the film on VOD June 27th from IFC Midnight.

The film stars Jeff Fahey, Eric Etebari, Kelly Noonan, and Joey Kern as well as Brent Briscoe, Rene Rivera, Mark L. Young, Kurt Caseres, David Shackelford, Ashway Lawver, and Jason Masek.

Patrick J. Doody and Chris Valenziano wrote the screenplay on spec, and former Dimension Films and Screen Gems executive Nick Phillips and veteran casting director Kelly Wagner’s Revolver Picture Company picked it up late last year.

Synopsis
A crew of coal miners becomes trapped 600 feet below ground after a disastrous collapse. As the air grows more toxic and time runs out, they slowly descend into madness and begin to turn on one another. Inspired by true events.
