#SDCC14: Enter The Sleepy Hollow Oculus Rift ExperienceThe “Sleepy Hollow” San Diego Comic-Con panel is happening later today, but before heading inside the Convention Center, make sure you hit the “Sleepy Hollow Virtual Reality Experience” at Petco Park. Here’s a video of what to expect.

About the Experience:
DON’T LOSE YOUR HEAD! FOX is bringing “Sleepy Hollow” back to San Diego with an Oculus Rift fan experience. This virtual reality installation transports the user deep into the heart of Sleepy Hollow.

Fans will receive an ominous warning from Ichabod Crane and then have a terrifying encounter with the Headless Horseman. Participants will be given a personalized, souvenir image to share across their social media pages.

Season 2 premieres on September 22nd. If you’re still not quite caught up, the Season 1 Blu-ray and DVD arrive on September 16th.

Executive producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, Len Wiseman, Mark Goffman, and Heather Kadin return to Comic-Con with the breakout show of the year, featuring an exclusive look at the highly anticipated second season followed by a fan Q&A featuring cast members Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie, John Noble, Orlando Jones, and Lyndie Greenwood.

“Sleepy Hollow” focuses on a resurrected Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison), who’s pulled two and a half centuries through time to unravel a mystery that dates all the way back to America’s founding fathers. Along for the wild ride is a modern-day cop, Lt. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie). Joining the show this coming season are Timothy Busfield (“thirtysomething”) as Benjamin Franklin, plus “House of Cards” star Sakina Jaffrey as the new sheriff and “One Tree Hill” alum Matt Barr as a bounty hunter.
