Wicked Lake Premiere Set
Fever Dreams, the production company behind Tokyo Gore Police and Shadow: Dead Riot, just announced the premiere date for their latest horror opus, Wicked Lake, directed by Zach Passero.
The film will make its public debut on Saturday, April 26th at the American Cinematheque’s Egyptian Theater in Hollywood at the stroke of midnight. Well, maybe not the exact stroke, but you get the idea. In case your weed-addled brain has forgotten (like mine had), here’s some official Wicked Lake plot for your ass:
Four mysterious, attractive girls embark on a road trip for a relaxing weekend getaway in the woods. Unbeknownst to them, two clans of deranged male misfits follow them to their secluded and picturesque lakeside cabin in the mountains. The girls appear to be easy prey for the predatory perverts until the fateful stroke of midnight when all hell, literally, breaks loose!
Oh, I do like it when hell literally breaks loose; always makes for a fun weekend. Wicked Lake was written by Adam Rockoff (Going to Pieces: The Rise and Fall of the Slasher Film) and co-written and produced by Chris Sivertson (The Lost). Ministry’s Al Jourgensen did the soundtrack, and you can’t get much cooler than that!
Hit up the official Wicked Lake site for more, suckas!
