Tribeca Horrors 2008: Let the Right One In
Just like our extensive and exhausting (on our side, at least) coverage from last year (read it all “>right here), we’re compiling as much info as we can for the horror offerings at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, going down in NYC this April 23rd – May 4th!
The last film we’re going to focus on, and I apologize for the tardiness of this bit, is Let the Right One In, a vampire movie from Sweden directed by Tomas Alfredson that’s been winning high praises wherever it’s played.
A strange coming-of-age story about a young boy who befriends a mysterious newcomer girl, who he soon learns is a vampire and responsible for the vicious deaths that have been rocking his small town. Though there is a level of innocence within, the story is about finding your place in the world at any cost.
Below you’ll find the screening times for Let the Right One In at Tribeca, followed by a group of stills and the film’s trailer. Look for our extended Tribeca coverage coming very soon!
