Malone Catches Parasomnia

Been wondering just what the hell House on Haunted Hill director William Malone’s been up to since his excellent Masters of Horror entry last season? Well, a good place to start would be Horror Hound #4 (review), which has a great interview with the man, but for a quick fix I would direct you over to Fango.

Tight-shirted reporter Ryan Rotten talked to Malone during the recent Chainsaw Awards, and the director dished a bit on his latest film, Parasomnia. The film is about an art student who falls in love with a sleeping beauty (?) only to find out far too late that she holds a horrible secret. Any girls that sleeps enough to be considered a “sleeping beauty” has got to have issues.

Malone is gearing up to shoot Parasomnia next month with the only confirmed cast member as of now being Jeffrey Combs, who was underused in Malone’s last theatrical effort, Feardotcom. Hopefully his new role will make up for it.

More as we learn it!
