See Jericho in Action
The news on Clive Barker’s Jericho has been pretty slow since July. Some of us feared that it may have headed in the same direction Demonic did after Grandma’s Boy faded from the theatres. Don’t you fear though, some more evidence has sprouted from the grave to give hope.
IGN has a new trailer for Jericho up for your amusement. At a running length of 32 seconds we really don’t get to see much of the game or game-play mechanics outside of the guy to our right. There’s some screaming and a few quick cuts but nothing really all that interesting.
Don’t get me wrong, the premise of the game certainly is cool. Using a combination of military force and arcane magic to battle an evil being residing in a mysterious city is more head turning than space marines shooting aliens, but it’s just too early to decide if the bandwagon is worth jumping on. We will probably see much more info by May when the newly downsized E3 occurs, but until then enjoy the video.
