Unstable Ground Announces Eternal Feature
Just got some good news from the folks at Unstable Ground that a feature film version of their cool vampire short film “Ending the Eternal” is on its way. A press release sent out today confirms that The Eternal, as it will be called, is one of three films the Canadian production house is planning for; the other two are titled Deliver Us and New Generation, but no more details were given on them.
“Ending the Eternal”, the short, is the story of a 500-year-old vampire who just wants to die with some dignity, but good help is hard to find. Justin McConnell (Working Class Rock Star) is slated to direct the feature. It’ll be interesting how they expand the storyline; if the whole film will be about this vampire trying to die, that could be a lot of fun.
More info on the planned film is available at the official Eternal site, and if you’re going to Rue Morgue’s Festival of Fear this weekend, be sure to stop by the Unstable Ground booth, say hey and get some good swag!
Keep it here for more details on The Eternal as they come in, and scroll down to check out the short that started it all!
