EFM 2015: WTFilms Enters Bunker of the Dead 3D
Nazi zombies. They’re truly the scourge of just about any video game which lets you wield a gun. They’ve also permeated the horror genre with their special brand of undead menace. And they ain’t done goosestepping yet!
Variety is reporting that WTFilms, a Paris-based sales house, has boarded Matthew O. Oaks’ Bunker of the Dead, a 3D Nazi zombie movie to be co-distributed by Wild Bunch and Koch Media in Germany.
The 3D pic turns on two friends who spend their weekends trying to find a WWII underground military base that is used by the Nazis as a secret research institute and is rumored to hide the lost gold of the Third Reich.
WTFilms will unveil a 3D promo at their booth at the European Film Market.
“Gamers will love the first person shooter perspective that really puts you in the middle of the action like never before,” says Dimitri Stephanides, founder of WTFilms.
WTFilms partner Gregory Chambet said, “Watching this movie is like riding a rollercoaster at a theme park. Except instead of dinosaurs or aliens, you will shoot at a walking dead Fuhrer! Who hasn’t dreamt of that?”
