Check Out the Announcement Trailer for The Last of the Manson Girls
There are very few true crime stories that can claim to have inspired more horror than the insane tale of Charles Manson and his Family. Director Lonnie Martin’s new 10-part web series, The Last of the Manson Girls based on the writing of Paul Krassner, will give a new wrinkle to the story.
Based on Krassner’s essay My Acid Trip with Squeaky Fromme, Ningen Manga Productions’ web series The Last of the Manson Girls is set in January 1972. Elliott Kashner is slated to play Krassner while the Manson Girls will be played by Sarah Taurchini (Brenda McCann), Cindy Marie Martin (Sandra Good), and Jen Bevan (Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme). The production will shoot in March and May around Washington, DC, with an eye on a September 2015 release.
