Lady Blood Poster & Trailer Are Here!

Lady Blood poster!Back in 1990 the bizarre horror film Baby Blood (review here) freaked out a lot of people who were expecting some kind of run-of-the mill killer baby film. The story involved a cruel circus owner whose pregnant wife became infected with some kind of evil creature that demanded blood.

The upcoming AFM will host the premiere of the film’s sequel, Lady Blood, and a trailer for it just showed up on YouTube (dig it below). On your right you can see one of two posters for the film, and here’s a spoonful of tasty, delicious plot:

Yanka is a mother and a chief of police. She’s a fulfilled woman, in love with her husband and happy with her daughter and mother-in-law. Everything’s going great until a strange occurrence disturbs her new life. With the help of her psychiatrist husband, she tries to convince herself that it’s just a nightmare. But it gets worse every day… At the same time, she heads an investigation into the local mob, which leads her to the discovery of horrible crimes, so much like the bloody carnage she herself committed while under a monster’s influence all those years earlier…

Sounds like it’ll be another headfuck! Hopefully it’s as good, or at least as weird, as Baby Blood was. Check out the official Lady Blood site for more info and keep it here for updates!
