Horror Workouts: Ghostface Wants You To Do Some Squats

This week’s Horror Workouts With Autumn Ivy is all about the iconic Ghostface. The stalking ability of a slasher like Ghostface means that the person behind the mask has to be ready for anything. Granted there was a duo helping each other for the first few movies (remember the buddy system guys) but we’re here to shine a light on what it would be like to vault over fence lines, chase down victims and avoid any potential chance to be spotted when in a crowded place. Yes, that means squats.

For this workout, we’ll be focusing on pull-ups, jump squats, and burpees. Get ready to get the speed of Ghostface!
