With Halloween just around the corner, it seems everyone is in the holiday spirit. And fans in the New York area are certainly in for a treat as XLrator Media and Times Scare NY are hosting a free screening of Greystone Park with director Sean Stone in attendance.

The free screening is to celebrate the DVD release of Greystone Park on October 16. The show is scheduled for Times Scare NY on October 16 at 10 p.m. There will be a Q&A with the writer/director of Greystone Park, Sean Stone, son of the legendary director Oliver Stone, after the film. Times Scare is located at 669 8th Avenue at 42nd.

Greystone Park stars Sean Stone (Salvador, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps), Alexander Wraith (Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps) and Oliver Stone (Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, W., Alexander, Any Given Sunday). For more information, check out the official Greystone Park Facebook page.

Synopsis
On October 2009, three filmmaking friends break into Greystone, an abandoned asylum, to explore whether or not they believe in ghosts. Legend has it that anyone who ventures into the hospital will go mad. The young trio will now have to suffer the consequences of their journey into a mysterious realm of escaped patients, ghosts and demonic “shadows.” What comes out of this adventure is a haunting tale of the supernatural, made all the more startling because it is real. While exploring the asylum, they hear noises and see things that challenge not only their faith in each other, but their own sanity. As they venture deeper into the “dark side” of fear and paranoia, they discover that even if they don’t lose their lives inside, they may lose something more precious – their souls.
